About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Key Accounts Data Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and innovative environment.

As a Key Accounts Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and transposing data related to vehicle details, inventory, and household goods into our system.

You will also assist in preparing quote requests by gathering and verifying necessary details for Requests for Quotes (RFQs).

In addition, you will check and verify information to ensure all details are accurate before submitting them for quotes.

General administrative support will also be required to assist in organising and preparing documents for procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry: Accurately input and transpose data related to vehicle details, inventory, and household goods into the system.
  • Assist in preparing quote requests: Work alongside the team to gather and verify the necessary details (addresses, inventory, and specific requirements) for the creation of Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Check and verify Information: Ensure all details are accurate before submitting them for quotes.
  • General administrative support: Assist in organising and preparing the necessary documents for procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar data entry role, particularly within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
