Human Resources Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a skilled HR Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering various HR lifecycle administration processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer Change of Conditions processing, ensuring changes are made in an accurate and timely manner within policy, remuneration guidelines and approved headcount
  • Act as the escalation point for Tier 1 (complex matters) via the HR Inbox
  • Support the annual performance appraisals process and annual salary review process
  • Assist with the administration of annual employee engagement surveys and support the team to collect and analyse results
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting to inform senior management and executive decision making
  • Maintain accurate staff lists for reporting and communication purposes
  • Support Audit activity requirements
  • Research issues and develop recommendations to resolve problems
  • Conduct and analyse exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Ability to deliver outcomes and work efficiently under pressure
