Residential Care Manager

We operate in various community-based settings, including homes, residential facilities and secure units across metropolitan, rural and regional Victoria.
The Team Leader is responsible for providing direct care, safety and support to clients in a residential unit and offering professional supervision to a team of Direct Care Workers.

Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, applicants should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Leadership and management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide direct care and support to clients
- Capacity to supervise a team of Direct Care Workers
