Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver high quality services in a variety of settings. This is a part-time position available for hours per weekend.
The successful applicant will be required to work within an extended hours service model, which includes weekends.
This role offers the opportunity to work with patients who require high priority care and to contribute to the delivery of effective Weekend Occupational Therapy services.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients requiring weekend care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A strong background in occupational therapy, including experience working in acute and sub-acute care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
