We are a leading provider of occupational therapy services in the Northern Territory.

Our team works with individuals and organizations to identify and address functional needs, sensory assessments, and holistic lifestyle assessment and associated goal setting.

We provide a range of services including clinical support, behavior support, clinical supervision, assessments, therapy, health and allied health services, training and organizational practice and professional development.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse population, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide occupational therapy interventions to clients across a range of care needs;
  • To conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' functional needs, sensory assessments, and holistic lifestyle assessments;
  • To develop and implement individualized plans to meet client goals and needs;
  • To provide education and training to parents, carers, and support workers;
  • To attend care team meetings and provide occupational therapy specific input;

We offer opportunities to work regionally and within remote Indigenous communities. The position is suitable for experienced practitioners as well as recent graduates.

The Northern Territory is an exciting mix of tropical and desert landscapes, with world-leading national parks and diverse wildlife.

A degree in occupational therapy or equivalent and registration (or eligibility to register) with AHPRA is required.

Desirable Experience, Interest and Skills
  • Experience or interest in working with people with intellectual disabilities and/or experiences of trauma who have complex needs;
  • Experience or interest in administration and interpretation of a variety of assessment tools.
