Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to drive digital transformation within our organisation. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies across IT and operational technology environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect our fan data and critical business systems
  • Conduct thorough risk and threat landscape assessments to inform security initiatives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure security initiatives align with organisational priorities and support growth objectives
  • Manage cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards to ensure robust governance
  • Mentor and develop internal security teams while managing external cybersecurity service providers
  • Oversee information security education across the organisation
  • Provide strategic briefings and recommendations to senior leadership and board members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Information Security leadership role, preferably as a CISO in technology or entertainment organisations
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent accreditation
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence at board and senior leadership level
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST), regulatory compliance, and risk management standards
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing cybersecurity initiatives across complex technology environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and team leadership capabilities
