Hospitality Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and inspire team members to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost management, ensuring operational efficiency and budget targets are met

- Consistently provide outstanding customer service through attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, adapting to feedback and evolving needs
- Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff and customers
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management skills with expertise in people and operational systems
- Experience managing a diverse and complex operation with the ability to adapt to different challenges and environments

- Excellent ability to engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze P&L reports
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
