Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and process O-rings to meet quality, productivity, efficiency, and customer requirements.
  • Set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot inspection machines & automated packaging equipment safely according to established protocols.
  • Inspect O-rings & other parts for various defects on the inspection table / belt.
  • Perform weigh counting, packaging, and labeling as directed on job specifications.
  • Record start time and completion time of job assignments.
  • Follow FIFO protocol for inventory rotation and maintain organized work areas.
  • Advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspend inspection or sorting until issues are addressed.
  • Observe and enforce safety and security procedures at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
