Sustainable Agriculture Expert

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Melbourne CBD or remotely. As a Principal Consultant, you will lead complex projects and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality services that meet their needs and expectations.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering evaluation studies using mixed-methods, facilitating participatory MEL-design processes, leading project teams of MEL practitioners, and engaging in business development activities to build profitable client relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) within sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and climate change.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in designing and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Business acumen and ability to develop profitable client relationships.
