Senior Customer Operations Manager

This senior leadership role oversees the customer operations team, driving customer satisfaction through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of local customer relations action plans.
- Embed a customer-focused culture throughout the unit, delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Lead, coach, and develop the full team, promoting individual growth and securing high performance.
- Analyse customer-related and financial KPIs, addressing root causes of dissatisfaction and efficiency drivers with stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience in a similar role, including cash handling and performance management.
- Exceptional people management skills, identifying, supporting, and nurturing talent for growth and development.
- A strong ability to inspire the team to prioritise the customer experience through leading by example.
