Water Supply Specialist

As a key member of our water supply team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient bulk water operations across our network of filtration plants.
- Deliver expert technical and operational support to ensure smooth bulk water supply to all filtration plants, aligned with approved production plans.
- Drive optimisation of bulk water operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance commercial objectives, regulatory compliance, customer expectations, and risk management.
- Serve as a key technical advisor, providing strategic guidance to internal teams and external service providers on bulk water supply and operational best practices.
- Coordinate system-wide planning and outages, working closely with stakeholders from catchment to tap to ensure seamless water supply operations.
- Provide critical support during incidents and emergencies, offering technical expertise and out-of-hours assistance to maintain service continuity.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in water operations or a similar process engineering environment.
- Demonstrated experience in hands-on trouble shooting, optimisation, and technical support to water or wastewater operations.
- Stakeholder management and facilitation skills, working in a team environment.
- Experience with SCADA systems, software for analytics, Microsoft Office applications, and ability to use customised software packages.
