Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our transformational projects and drive significant impact.

  • This is a permanent full-time position based in Perth, Kewdale Office - Hybrid (2 days WFH).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate, plan, and manage construction projects within our portfolio, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in store environments.
  2. Engage with stakeholders including renewal managers, contractors, and shopfitters.
  3. Manage project budgets, reporting, and forecasting.
  4. Oversee construction activities, contract finalization, and site safety.
  5. Manage contractor relationships and resolve on-site issues.
  6. Conduct project closeouts, quality inspections, and financial management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of end-to-end Construction Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management or related trade.
  • Flexibility to travel for site visits.
  • A valid driver's license and Construction white card.
  • Experience in retail or supermarket environments is desirable.
  • Financial management skills, experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
