Client Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Portfolio Manager to originate, retain and manage a portfolio of clients. This role will involve writing new to bank credit submissions, retaining existing quality customer files, and effectively managing customer issues and concerns.

This position requires strong customer management skills, with the ability to write compelling credit proposals and maintain a disciplined customer calling program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales results, with experience in lending growth, revenue, and cross-sell targets.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to ensure staff are adequately equipped to undertake their role. They will be able to manage and coach employees, develop staff expectations, and support staff in the development of their career and with career aspirations.
