As a Senior Account Executive, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with our largest clients to drive portfolio growth and team development. This role requires the ability to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise relationships, lead complex initiatives, develop territory strategies, mentor team members, and partner with sales leadership.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional value and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute sophisticated territory plans to maximize client value and portfolio growth.
- Mentor and coach team members on complex deal structures, strategic account planning, and executive presence.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to drive best practices and innovation in our approach to market.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in technology, software, or advisory services as an enterprise sales leader.
- A track record of consistently exceeding targets through strategic account management.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining personal excellence.
- Experience leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate and influence C-level relationships.
