As a senior leader in our Debt and Capital Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice on debt and capital needs for clients across domestic and international markets.

About the Team

Our Debt and Capital Advisory team leverages extensive experience and daily involvement in the domestic and international debt and capital markets to provide clients with guidance on all aspects of their debt and capital requirements.

With access to the latest market trends, intelligence from transaction experience, and broad market contacts, our DCA team delivers optimal capital structure platforms and outcomes tailored to clients' specific needs.

We are active in the sub-investment grade debt markets with a focus on complex transactions.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will lead and execute deal origination efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients, leveraging market insights and network connections to secure new business opportunities.

You will deliver crucial insights into the debt and capital markets in a strategic manner for clients, helping them articulate their needs, issues, and risks and providing clear recommendations.

You will also inspire juniors in the team through training, sharing knowledge, and actively contributing to their professional development.
