Henley Beach Hotel is seeking a motivated and inspiring leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and training our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a large, multi-skilled team to achieve financial and business targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and assisting guests
  • Develop and grow the business through your own initiatives and ideas
  • Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests

Requirements:

  • Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large team
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
