The Role
We have a Night Shift Supervisor position based out at Melbourne Airport. You will oversee and co-ordinate the nightly operations of a worksite to ensure high performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines. It is staged works, with a large variety of different works within a live environment so planning is key.
You may review construction work and provide expert input on applicable compliance requirements, investigating and recommending improvement to ensure delivery in accordance with relevant standards and within agreed timeframe parameters.

Key Skills Required:

  • 5+ years' experience as a supervisor
  • Building background required - on large-scale projects over $100m
  • Commercial development experience preferred
  • Sound knowledge of building procedures and practices, building regulations and ability to read and interpret plans and contracts
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills
  • High attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills with problem-solving ability
