Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team, responsible for performing end-of-day accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy and preparation for the next day's trading. This role requires a calm and composed individual who can handle late-night inquiries from guests while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

About this Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing reception desk duties and overseeing night audit processes. You will also work closely with security to maintain a watchful eye on building security systems and assist the day team with operations to provide seamless guest experiences throughout the day and night.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reception Desk Management: Manage reception desk duties and oversee night audit processes to ensure nightly reports are up-to-date.
  • Security Collaboration: Work closely with security to maintain a watchful eye on building security systems.
  • Operational Support: Assist the day team with operations to provide seamless guest experiences throughout the day and night.
Requirements:
  • Independent Worker: Independent worker with initiative and ability to excel without constant supervision.
  • Night Audit Expertise: Prior experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts with technical know-how to efficiently handle nightly audits.
  • Problem Solver: Quick-thinking problem solver with a focus on guest needs and memorable experiences.
  • Flexible Schedule: Flexible rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays.
