Job Title: Concrete Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Concrete Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.

This role will require leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Batching and mixing of concrete according to customer specifications
  • Supervising concrete deliveries and coordinating with sales teams
  • Conducting safety inspections and toolbox meetings
  • Managing daily administration tasks, including stock control and reporting
  • Liaising with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders
  • Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks

Requirements:

  • A strong focus on safety and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Sound computer skills for batching, reporting, and stock management

Additional Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in batching, supervision, and concrete operations
  • HR driver's license and FEL ticket preferred
  • A keen interest in the concrete industry
