At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Lawyer to lead trade and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Competition Law and ACCC issues.
  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in Consumer Law, including advertising, labelling, warranties, product safety, and recalls.
  • We require a skilled professional who can handle Trading terms and documents.
  • A strong background in Privacy and data protection is essential.
  • Personal Property Securities (PPS) knowledge is also required.
  • The successful candidate should have experience in Consumer Credit.
  • We need someone with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF).
  • In addition, the team requires support in Intellectual Property and Trademark matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years PQE is necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial and Trade Law is a must.
  • Exposure to Intellectual Property and Trademarks is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail are essential.
  • The ability to think quickly and deliver clear, commercial, and tailored advice is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients are necessary.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service is expected.
