As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators set by the business. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, empowering your team to exceed expectations.

- Support the Manager in ensuring the team has a clear understanding of all business objectives, with a focus on commercial acumen.

- Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
