Assistant Concession Manager - Myer Bondi

Country Road Group is seeking an Assistant Concession Manager to join our team at Myer Bondi in NSW. As a key member of our CRew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving visual merchandising execution in-store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Facilitate training on customer service standards and visual merchandising procedures.
  • Role-model Country Road Group values and lead by example to create a positive team culture.
  • Lead a high-quality induction experience for new starters and ensure they have the necessary knowledge to succeed in their role.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote wellbeing for all team members and customers.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business.
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.

Requirements:

  • A passion for fashion and professional personal presentation.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
