Job Summary:

The Cosmetic Team Leader is a key role within our Beauty Service and Selling team, responsible for supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimize customer in-store experiences. This role involves coaching, developing, and engaging with the Service and Selling team, sharing sales knowledge, and leading by example to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop the Service and Selling team to deliver high-performance results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Partner with the Management team to inspire and develop the team to drive sales targets and create an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales and ensure customers receive personal attention.
  • Work across key store trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, and peak trading times.
Requirements:
  • People leadership/supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred.
  • Retail sales experience and proven customer service and selling skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated individual looking for career progression.
  • Experience in cosmetics preferred, although not a requirement.
  • Previous beauty industry experience working with luxury beauty brands preferred.
