Job Description

We are seeking an experienced server infrastructure specialist to assist with the delivery of various ICT projects. This is a senior-level role that requires expertise in managing and maintaining Windows Server operating systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, ADFS, File and Print, DFS, and GPO with Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM).
  • Experience with system monitoring and patching in Microsoft System Centre products and Intune (SCOM, SCCM/MECM).
  • Familiarity with cyber security tools and methodologies including application whitelisting, host-based firewalls, vulnerability scanners, and device control.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) servers including template deployment, user, and resource administration.
  • Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, including vaulting credentials, session monitoring, and integrating with enterprise authentication systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Government Cyber Security requirements, processes, and artefacts including ISM, Essential 8, and ACSC hardening guides.
Technical Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, PKI, ADFS, File and Print, DFS, and GPO with Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM).
  • Strong experience in writing technical documentation including SOPs and design documentation.
