Our team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Network Mobilisation Team. As our ideal candidate, you will provide day-to-day project coordination and support to ensure the successful delivery of all new Container Refund Point (CRP) sites across the scheme.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project operations by managing applications, preparing evaluation materials, and supporting procurement and mobilisation processes.
- Provide administrative and reporting support including minute-taking, action tracking, and maintaining documentation, schedules, and databases.
- Support contract and mobilisation leads to ensure timely and efficient delivery of new CRP site openings.

- Engage stakeholders effectively through clear communication, meeting coordination, and preparation of project updates and submissions.
- Monitor and evaluate program progress by tracking application milestones and incorporating stakeholder feedback to improve outcomes.

- Experience in project coordination or program support, in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in project documentation and reports.
