About Project Manager

Project Managers are key professionals responsible for leading and contributing to the successful delivery of programs and projects in accordance with established governance and delivery frameworks. This role is ideal for individuals who can effectively manage initiatives, facilitate communication, and foster relationships to achieve program and project outcomes.

  • Key responsibilities include:

Leading, influencing, and contributing to the successful delivery of programs and projects using industry-standard methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK, and Agile.

Proactive leadership for project and program delivery through effective status reporting, scheduling, change, communication, scope, risk, issue, cost, budget, quality assurance, lessons, benefits management, reporting, tracking, monitoring, and escalation management.

Facilitating effective communication channels to promote the successful adoption of change within the organization and fostering relationships through lessons learned and management of expectations.

  • Exercising judgement, authority, and high-level influence to effectively coordinate the management of divisional requirements and competing priorities.

Mentoring, coaching, and providing advice and guidance to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven leadership skills to deliver team objectives and the organisation's vision.

Strong communication skills to build internal and external relationships to deliver projects supported by appropriate consultation and engagement.
