About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing budgets, forecasts, and actual spend to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Managing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
  • Developing and maintaining integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitoring milestones, dependencies, and progress to produce actionable reports.
  • Supporting risk and issue analysis, including mitigation planning and tracking.
  • Assisting with change impact assessments and reporting for governance forums.
  • Providing logistical support for meetings, workshops, and project boards.
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation and project records.

About You

We're looking for a talented individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to pick up problems and come up with creative solutions quickly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in PMO or program/portfolio office environments, exposure to Agile delivery teams, and a strong grasp of delivery and risk management frameworks.

You'll also need to have high attention to detail, adaptability, analytical skills to interpret complex data, and a customer-focused mindset.
