As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's well-being, development, and learning.
Key responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality educational programs, managing and promoting a team environment, and working within the organization's philosophy, policies, and procedures.
The successful candidate will have experience in early childhood education, sound knowledge of child development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent and demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education
- Have had sound experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting
- Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a comprehensive working knowledge of child development, attachment, learning
- A demonstrated understanding of evidence-based best practice approaches to teaching and learning
- Working knowledge of leadership theory and the use of a range of leadership styles
- Well-developed critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyse and challenge conventional practice and ideas
