Business Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office operations, systems, and supplies to optimize efficiency.
  • Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining administrative procedures and workflows.
  • Providing support to financial functions, including budget management and expenditure approvals.
  • Coordinating communication, including emails, reports, and internal documentation.
  • Assisting with HR tasks, such as onboarding, records, and leave management.
