Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand performance and market share.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and finance to align on brand objectives and strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the brand's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- New Product Launches: Oversee new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of product launch success in the pharmaceutical, life science or healthcare industry in Australia
- Skills: Proven experience in leading brand strategy and managing large-scale marketing campaigns, analytical skills, and ability to interpret technical, clinical & marketing data relating to product or industry
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build professional and strategic relationships, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
