Senior Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for key brands within our portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand performance and market share.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and finance to align on brand objectives and strategies.
- Manage the brand's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of product launch success in the pharmaceutical, life science, or healthcare industry in Australia.
- Proven experience in leading brand strategy and managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical, and marketing data relating to product or industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build professional and strategic relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
