Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and deliver our growing portfolio of residential construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. They will also have at least five years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably within residential or architectural housing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning of residential construction projects, including smart homes, duplexes, and renovations.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, including 3D models and interior design proposals.
  • Prepare competitive tender submissions and contract proposals.
  • Manage the allocation and utilisation of labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, and equipment across multiple concurrent sites.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, certifiers, engineers, contract administrators, and other key personnel.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of building codes, WHS legislation, and local council approval processes.

They will also be proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and construction management software (e.g. Revit).
