Job Description

As a frontline ambassador of excellence in our service operations, you will be the key representative of our commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing potential equipment issues, conducting thorough tests and implementing effective solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to customers on the use and care of our equipment.
  • Efficiently managing work orders and service reports to meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers and escalating concerns as necessary.

Key performance indicators include achieving high first-time fix rates, meeting service delivery metrics, ensuring timely professional service that enhances customer satisfaction, and contributing to the evolution of our service standards through proactive insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical service position.
  • Strong mechanical and electronic engineering skills, as well as knowledge of IT networking fundamentals.
  • Hands-on repair experience in electro-mechanical disciplines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfort with working under pressure to meet productivity goals and targets.
  • A valid driver's license and right to work in Australia.
