The role of Publisher Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal part in the process of discovering and developing performance partnership opportunities with publishers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to find, develop, and manage sales pipelines.
  • Identify and recruit relevant publishers based on market, vertical, or client needs.
  • Represent the organization in markets to educate key publishers on affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Design strategies to enhance publisher growth and empower their success.
  • Provide welcome materials, attend industry events, and support account onboarding processes.
  • Run reports, provide analysis, and maximize new partnership approvals.
Requirements:
  • 1-year experience in digital marketing, publisher landscape, and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or internship experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Problem-solving, resourceful, and adaptable with cross-functional collaboration.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, data pivoting, and Salesforce.
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft PPT, and Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, plus presentation skills.
