About This Role

This role will report directly to the Head of Acquisition & Retention and play a fundamental part in implementing our growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer lifecycle, guiding on strategies that deliver results-driven omnichannel marketing campaigns and experiences, as well as being the go-to expert for our CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Key Responsibilities:
  • The primary owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Personalisation within the team, and a key platform owner in the business.
  • Own & champion customer lifecycle strategies & tactics, from planning and ideation through to delivery.
  • Build & execute targeted marketing campaigns and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email, SMS and push notifications.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations on how to optimise marketing & communication activities.
  • Lead key lifecycle marketing activity including identifying user insights, building dynamic audience segments & reporting on user engagement with our brands, products, and applications.
What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Data Cloud and Personalization is highly desirable.

A working understanding of one or more of HTML, CSS, AMPscript and SQL is also highly desirable.
