Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Scheduler to join our team in Darwin. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing short-term integrated maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and resource availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain short-term maintenance schedules and capacity plans to optimize plant uptime.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Finalize and lock in the integrated facility schedule with the on-site operations team.
  • Prioritize work execution to minimize health, safety, and environmental risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective use of planning tools.
Requirements:Skill and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification or engineering diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical disciplines.
  • Strong background in planning or scheduling within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficient in SAP PM, Primavera, and other scheduling tools.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance management systems and planning processes.
Personal Qualities:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to provide technical support to stakeholders.
  • Current Australian driver's license and access to transport to Bladin Point.
