Maintenance Planner

Job Overview

The Maintenance Planner role is a critical position in the organization, responsible for developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities, adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Utilize Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification.
  • Proficient in CMMS software.
  • Experience with SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar industry.
