Senior Engineering Strategy Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Strategy Leader to drive our client-facing roadmap, market penetration strategies across Australia. This impactful role requires a leader who can communicate effectively, lead and inspire others, and translate technical client pain points into actionable service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow demand for Digital Engineering services with both established and new clients.
  • Implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities.
  • Develop BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability, and sharing these practices with clients and delivery practitioners within the organisation.
  • Communicate the value proposition to the organisation and embed changes in the way BIM and collaborative information management practices are adopted across the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor technological innovations in industry to ensure the organisation remains contemporary in its delivery practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and Accreditation or similar proof of training.
  • Solid track record in developing and leading technically capable, diverse, and high-performing teams and driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Strong communication skills.
