Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects from start to finish.

Your primary objective will be to lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing effective engineering strategies that meet project objectives and timelines.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, research, and manufacturing managers.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior engineers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior engineering or management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction and worksite health and safety requirements.
