About the PositionAs a key leader in the JSM Design team, you will be responsible for envisioning an AI-native Service Management world. You will collaborate with heads of design, product and engineering to drive user-centered outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic design work to enhance product experiences across multiple products.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to produce short- and long-term user-centered design.
- 12+ years of experience in product design with a focus on complex systems, enterprise SaaS or scalable design solutions.
- Deep expertise in systems design thinking with a proven track record of creating and extending scalable design models, patterns, and frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills using research, data insights, and design thinking.
