About the Role

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to current and prospective customers, build relationships, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing product information and support throughout the customer's journey
  • Assisting with digital loan applications and underwriting loans
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Completing loan applications, payments, and arrears management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A passion for customer service and strong communication skills
  • Proven negotiation experience
  • RG 146 qualification with at least 2 years of experience in retail mortgage lending and sales/customer service
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, including NCCP, Privacy, Debt Collection, and AML/CTF Acts
