Marketing Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our Australian-based marketing team. In this key position, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Create performance reports on marketing ROI and optimize campaign performance.
  • Expand our marketing partner network to attract new customer segments and launch acquisition campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to select products offered via different marketing channels.
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers to increase performance and cost efficiencies.
  • Develop new partners and channels to maximize return on investment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Several years of experience in marketing management functions.
  • Complete knowledge of the Cruise industry in Australia.
  • Deep understanding of KPI-based marketing campaign management and analytical capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience in creating, developing, executing and analyzing print, press, TV, social media and 3rd party marketing campaigns.
