Job Opportunity: Cruise Holidays

We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join our team as a Product Manager for cruise holidays.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to curate unique and innovative cruise holiday packages, foster new supply partner relationships, and negotiate exclusive market offers with suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a passion for cruise holidays, exceptional negotiation skills, and strong leadership abilities. They will be responsible for developing product strategies to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for both MyCruises and supply partners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Curate unique and innovative cruise holiday packages that meet customer needs and preferences.
  2. Foster new and grow existing supply partner relationships to ensure a wide range of cruise holiday options.
  3. Negotiate exclusive market offers with suppliers to deliver innovative cruise holiday packages across global destinations.
  4. Manage the lifecycle of cruise holiday packages to ensure effective delivery of mutually beneficial outcomes.
  5. Develop product strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  6. Manage internal partner relationships through various communication channels.
  7. Work closely with sales teams, after-sales teams, and training to develop staff understanding of key customer benefits.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in the Travel Industry (Retail Travel, Wholesale or Cruise).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Innovative spirit and passion for cruise holidays.
  • Performance-driven attitude and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven strategic thinking experience.
  • A supportive, positive attitude and customer focus.
