Senior Cruise Business Leader

We're seeking an experienced Senior Cruise Business Leader to spearhead the growth and success of our cruise division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit, and market share growth through effective commercial strategy, partnership development, and customer engagement.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end performance of the Cruise vertical, including revenue, margin, growth, and customer engagement. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, data-driven customer experience.

  • Develop and execute strategic product development and go-to-market plans to drive high-performing sales campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise partners to secure exclusive deals and joint marketing agreements.
  • Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitive intel to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to enhance the booking journey and platform functionality.
  • Partner with marketing to develop compelling campaigns and optimize merchandising strategy.
  • Continuously improve operational processes for greater efficiency and better customer outcomes.
  • Present forecasts, performance reporting, and strategic updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial leadership in a sales-focused environment, ideally within the travel industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading commercial performance, consistently driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning, with a strong record of executing impactful campaigns and delivering results through effective day-to-day trading and commercial execution.
  • Strong understanding of the cruise supplier landscape and ability to secure exclusive offers and joint marketing agreements.
  • Strategic mindset with strong planning, pricing, and promotional execution skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative experience working across marketing, tech, product, and operations to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Passion for technology and its role in travel distribution, conversion optimization, and customer experience.
