**Job Opportunity:**

A Family Wellbeing Specialist is required to deliver targeted family wellbeing practice strategies to achieve core family outcomes.

The successful candidate will engage with families in their homes, build parenting capability, skills and knowledge, and facilitate imbedding structured family routines that improve household management, healthy eating and quality family time.

Duties will include ensuring all children meet developmental milestones by facilitating family access to paediatric/Mums and Bubs medical services, improving financial health of families through employment and/or training, improving school attendance and educational engagement, and minimising AOD substance misuse by coordinating access to treatment services.

Culture plays a vital role in this team, with a focus on integrity, excellence, transparency, and accountability. Team members work together to make customers and themselves successful.

**Requirements:**

  • Current Cert 4 in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science, Health, Allied Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Child and Family Intervention with at least 12-months experience in a case management role.
  • OR Current graduate university bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science, Health, Allied Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Criminology with at least a 10-week full-time placement in social service field.
