About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Groups and Events Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and finalize all requirements for Groups and Events business, ensuring seamless end-to-end management from initial enquiry to event execution.
  • Manage a range of hotel groups and events business, including weddings, sporting teams, and corporate meetings.
  • Quote and convert new and repeat business, building effective relationships with clients and maximizing revenue.
  • Ensure timely and personalized quoting to all meeting and group enquiries, with effective follow-up to ensure conversion.
What We Need From You
  • Minimum diploma in Hotel Management, Sales and Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Hotel, Tourism and Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Hotel Systems knowledge, such as Delphi or Opera, is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
