Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and energetic professional to join our seafood team.

The company's growing seafood department requires a qualified knife hand to ensure the highest quality of seafood products for customers.

As a Fish Filleter, you will play a crucial role in efficiently and accurately filleting a variety of fish, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Serving customers on the counter with a smile and great attitude is essential.

Your primary responsibility will be to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing exceptional knife skills to remove bones, skin, and unwanted parts from the fish.

Fillet a variety of fish species according to company standards and customer requirements.

Use sharp knives and other cutting tools to remove unwanted parts from the fish.

Ensure precision and accuracy in filleting to minimize waste and maximize yield.

Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.

Monitor and inspect fish for quality, freshness, and any signs of spoilage.

Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
