Fresh Fish Filleting Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in filleting fresh fish and be skilled in knife handling.

Responsibilities will include efficiently and accurately filleting a variety of fish species according to company standards and customer requirements.

Other duties will involve cleaning and maintaining work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience as a Fresh Fish Filleter or in a similar seafood processing role who has the ability to fillet fresh fish accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and having physical stamina and dexterity to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
