As a key member of our seafood production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in fish filleting and processing.

The Role:

Working closely with colleagues, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently filleting fish and processing other seafood products. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse varieties of fish species and develop your expertise in Fish/Seafood products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fillet fish and process other seafood as part of a fast-paced production team environment.
  • Utilize hands-on skills to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and adhere to strict quality control measures.
  • Comply with company OH&S policies and HACCP food safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to handle different fish species.
  • Knowledge of various Fish/Seafood products.
  • Understanding of company health and safety procedures and HACCP guidelines.
  • Ability to perform quick and accurate work with hands.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
