THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Event and Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our resident life team, you will be responsible for designing and executing a range of events and experiences that promote social connection, community engagement, and skill development among our residents.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in event management and a passion for working with students. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver a suite of events and experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute events that promote resident engagement and community building
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Ensure events are delivered to a high standard, with attention to detail and a focus on resident satisfaction
